Which Page, What We Collect and How It's Used Home Page - The Home page contains a tracker operated by a third party website. This logs various information which provides statistical data to enable us to optimize this website effectively, no personally identifiable data is ever collected. Church - When you use the 'Contact the Clergy Team' email link on the Church page, it links to an external email address operated by the Parochial Church Council of which the Leeds Village Website has no control of. Over-Weight Vehicles - Details submitted via the 'Over-Weight Vehicle Form' are sent to the Parish Clerk who then forwards the data collected on to the Police for action. Completing your name and email address as requested on the form is optional. Contact Us - Details submitted using the 'Contact Us' form are forwarded to the Parish Clerk who may share the contents with the other members of the Parish Council. Information is kept for as long as the duration of the enquiry. Message Board - Information collected through generating a Message Board post is publically displayed on the Message Board along with your IP address. The email field is optional. Guestbook - Some of the information that is collected through making a Guestbook entry is publically displayed. The 'Where Are You From' and 'Your email' fields are optional.
